Cancellation policy
50% of total booking value for cancellation within 6 weeks of arrival date
80% of total booking value for cancellation within 3 weeks of arrival date
100% of total booking value for no show or departure prior to booking out date
(We will however make every effort to relet the rooms, which will result in these fees being waived however a R150 cancellation fee of any deposit paid, to cover administration and bank fees will still apply)
